Greg Martin was so great to work with and made home buying as easy as possible! What made our experience with him so great was his quick communication, negotiation skills, relationship with other REALTORS, and our lender who was equally as awesome. Once we narrowed down our search radius, he was able to send our flyers to the entire neighborhood looking for our new home. (Finding an agent who is willing to put in the extra marketing for you is quite rare in this market). Even at the height of this crazy market, he was able to use his negotiation skills to beat out an offer than was much higher than ours! We will refer all of our friends and family to Greg because he made what is normally a stressful process into a breeze. We will also be working with him again once it's time for investments in San Diego County!

Greg is one of the best REALTORS you could work a transaction with. I just closed a sale that went so smoothly from start to finish with him. He works so hard for his clients and he truly cares about the people he is working with. He shows integrity and communicates quickly and effectively. He is a great negotiator and always watches out for the client he is working with. He has hosted open houses in the past for me and has been extremely successful and is very knowledgeable. I wish every REALTOR out there could practice the business the way Greg does!
